How will my membership fees help others with PMDD?

By becoming a Luna Hub member or gifting a membership to a loved one, you’re helping us to keep this life saving community running for as many people as possible. There are a lot of costs involved in setting-up and operating an online platform and without your valuable contribution, we simply wouldn’t be able to exist! So, we hope you feel a sense of joy when you sign-up, simply by knowing that you’re doing a great thing to help others with PMDD. And for that, we are truly grateful.

Do I need to have a medical diagnosis of PMDD to join the community?

No, you don’t need a medical diagnosis to join Luna Hub! We’re here for everyone with PMDD, regardless of whether you’ve got a diagnosis or not. 

Can I join if I’ve got PME?
Yes, definitely! We would love you to be part of the community and the content will still be relevant.
What if I'm post-surgery?
We’d love you to become a member! Surgery in itself is a journey and an emotional one at that – we want you to feel supported and able to connect with others at a similar stage on the PMDD journey. Not only that, your insight and experience could be very helpful and comforting to members who may be thinking about or preparing for surgery.
Is the content relevant if I don’t live in the UK?
Yes, absolutely! Although much of the content is created here in the UK, many of the PMDD topics covered are universal. We’re a truly global community and members outside of the UK are very welcome.
How do I pay for membership?
Membership is paid for via credit/debit card. If signing up for a monthly or annual membership this will renew automatically using the card you signed up with. You’ll have the opportunity to update your card details if you need to via your account on the website.
What software do I need to access all of the Luna Hub features?
You’ll just need a web browser and internet connection to access Luna Hub and you can use any device – desktop, tablet or mobile. All of our webinars and live chats will be held via a private zoom link.
What if I can’t make a webinar or live chat because of time zone differences or other commitments?
We upload every webinar and live chat the very next day into the ‘Watch’ section of our resources library for you to view at your own leisure. You are still able to submit any questions you may have for the speakers beforehand.

What made you name the community Luna Hub?

Luna means moon in Italian and just like us, the Moon also has a cycle! The Moon moves through 8 different phases in its 29.53 day lunar cycle. Many people believe these phases bring unique energies or “lunar effects” which can impact our mood and behaviour. In fact, the word ‘lunatic’  was originally used to describe people who seemingly went crazy because of the changing phases of the moon- sound familiar?!

 People with PMDD or PME are not lunatics, nor are we crazy, and this is absolutely not why the community is called Luna Hub! 

How do I cancel my membership?

The monthly and annual membership is an automatic renewal, if you would like to cancel your membership all you need to do is email with one week notice ahead of your next payment due date. Currently there is no minimum membership term on the monthly subscription.
