Group Therapy for PMDD – NEW DATES!

Looking for a therapist who understands PMDD? Look no further! We’ve got you covered!

Next available start date:

Tuesdays at 12pm (UK) starting 26th April – 31st May 2022

Early booking is advised to avoid disappointment!

Over 6 weeks, in 60 minute sessions, you’ll process the impact of PMDD in and on your life in a safe and supportive, virtual, environment – all facilitated by qualified, PMDD informed therapist, Tamsin Taylor!

During your first week Tamsin will explore your expectations (as an individual and a group!) and together you will build a therapeutic space that meets your needs. Each following week the content and exercises will be tailored specifically for your group to create a dynamic and person-centred therapeutic space.

We are so passionate about each individual getting what they need, which is why there will be no more than 4 people in your group. This intimate set-up will allow the space and time for real exploration.

Who can Join?

Group Therapy for PMDD is open to anyone with PMDD – regardless of whether you’ve got a medical diagnosis or not. So, wherever you are in your PMDD journey, you’re very welcome! You can join from anywhere in the world, except if you’re in the US. We’re working really hard to break through the regulatory red-tape and make this accessible to you too. Thank you for your understanding.

How much does it cost?

Group therapy is a really affordable way to access therapy for PMDD! The total cost for all six sessions is only £210 – that’s just £35 per therapy session! And, if you’re a Luna Hub member, you get an exclusive discount of £30!

About Tamsin

I have been working as a counsellor for the past 12 years. I trained at the University of Brighton and then worked in various agencies and schools in the city before setting up my private practice.

I am deeply invested in helping people find their way through difficult situations and moments in their life.  As a woman, I have grown increasing concerned about the lack of support women and AFAB individuals are offered around hormonal issues and changes.  The help available falls short of what is needed which is why I was delighted to be able to work with Luna Hub in this vital and under represented space.

Whilst I predominately use the person centred approach, I will draw on other techniques, such as CBT, mindfulness and focusing, if that is appropriate.

I believe it is important to address all elements of ourselves, body, mind and spirit, to help address the issues and feelings that have become intrusive and unhelpful.

Therapeutic change can only occur when the relationship with the client (or clients!) and therapist is trusting and transparent which is why it is so important for our relationship to be at the centre of the work we do.  I will work hard to ensure you feel comfortable to explore your life and concerns with me and the group.
