Therapy for PMDD with Tamsin (50 min appointment)

£50.00£60.00

Book a private 1-1 therapy session with PMDD informed counsellor, Tamsin Taylor! After payment, you’ll be redirected to Tamsin’s calendar to schedule your first appointment. We know you’ll love Tamsin as much as we do – but we also know that working with a new therapist can be daunting. You are very welcome to book a FREE, no obligation introductory video call with Tamsin here so you can say hello and see if you’d like to work together. Tamsin will run through some questions about what you are looking for out of your time together and ask some questions around your current and past issues/symptoms. After that, it’s entirely up to you if you’d like to continue.

Booking therapy through Luna Hub is really easy! Once you've paid, you'll be able to select your appointment time and all of the details will be sent to you (and your therapist) in an email.

In your first appointment, your therapist will spend some time getting to know you and how they can support you. This will involve a short health questionnaire - but don't worry, all of our therapists know about PMDD so you won't have to spend time explaining it to them! After your first session, you can book and pay for future appointments directly through your therapist.

If you have any questions about therapy, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@lunahub.net and we'll be happy to help.

About Tamsin

Tamsin has been working as a counsellor for the past 12 years, both in the UK and New York!  She trained at the University of Brighton and then worked in various agencies and schools in the city before setting up her private practice. Tamsin uses a person centred approach and believes it is important to address all elements of ourselves, body, mind and sprit, to help address the issues and feelings that have become intrusive and unhelpful. She is deeply deeply invested in helping people find their way through difficult situations and moments in their life.  As a woman, she has grown increasingly concerned about the lack of support women and AFAB individuals are offered around hormonal issues and changes, and is delighted to be able to work with Luna Hub in this vital and under represented space.
