Many of us put off seeking support about personal issues such as PMDD because we don’t have the time or funds to attend private therapy sessions, or the confidence or energy to attend in person classes, activities and events. Virtual spaces like Luna Hub allow you to engage from the comfort and privacy of your own home. That means you’ll be able to access support during hell week without the pressure of having to get out of bed!

Have a browse through our archive of PMDD events below and access the full recordings for only £10 each (with some select webinars available for free) – that’s something potentially life-changing and certainly interesting and inspiring for less than the cost of a takeaway!
